Returning a ProductIf you wish to return a defective product that you've purchased, you may do so within 45 days of purchase for repair/replacement of the same item only. The product returned must be in its original factory packaging. All sales are final. We will only accept returns for defective products.
For all other returns, we will accept returns for brand new/unopened products ONLY. You may receive a full store credit off of the original purchase price of an item. For all refund requests, there will be a 25% mandatory restocking fee. This refund can only made to the same credit card that was used for the original transaction.
If free shipping was offered and chosen for your order, the actual shipping cost that was incurred to us by the shipping carrier will be deducted from your store credit or refund.
You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #) prior to shipping your return. We reserve the right to refuse RMA requests if our return policy is being abused. Please note to carefully package the product when you are shipping it back to us to fully protect it in transit.
If the product is returned and cannot be restocked due to shipping damage and/or used as deemed by a return technician, then a minimum 30% processing and restocking fee (actual fee will vary depending on condition of return) will be deducted from your store credit/refund. There will be no refunds made for products that have been opened or used.
While we strive to provide exceptional support to all customers and will help to make the return process as painless and easy as possible, we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
BONEYARD WARRANTY EXCLUSION: Please note that products listed for sale under the boneyard section are items returned by customers due to manufacturers' defects and cannot be repaired. Due to the nature of these products, they are sold As-Is. They do not carry any warranty, whether listed or implied, and are not eligible for return, exchange, and/or refund. All sales of boneyard items are final.
SPRING GUNS AND LOW COST AEGs ($60 or less) WARRANTY EXCLUSION: Due to the nature of these guns being made out of plastic and/or were made for introductory Airsofting, they are excluded from our regular 45 Days Warranty and Free Return Shipping policy. These items carry a 15 days warranty period where the customer may return the item for a brand new replacement or a full store credit (if found to be defective). The customer is responsible for the return shipping of this item. There will be a 1 time limit on the replacement/issuance of store credit per Spring/Low Cost AEG product that is purchased.
Free Return ShippingAs an industry leader, we're the ONLY Airsoft retailer in the world to offer our customers FREE returns! Within our 45 day warranty period if a product is defective, Airsoft Megastore WILL cover 100% of the shipping costs incurred in the return of a product AND, if applicable, the shipping of a REPLACEMENT/EXCHANGE product back to the customer. "Shipping cost" is defined as the cost of standard ground shipping via UPS or USPS, the carrier is to be chosen at Airsoft Megastore's discretion. *Free return shipping valid only on orders shipped to/from the Contiguous US. Please make sure that you contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and Return Shipping Label (RSL) prior to sending back your item(s). We do not accept returns without an RMA. If an item was shipped back to us at the customer's expense, we will reimburse the customer up to $15.00 of the shipping cost, provided that a receipt is sent to us via email/mail within 30 days. In the event that a shipping reimbursement amount contributes to a total refund amount exceeding the original transaction, the shipping reimbursement will be issued as a store credit. If item is returned and determined not to be defective, customer will be billed for up to $18.75 for return shipping costs. This amount may be deducted from the store credit/refund if applicable. Customers are responsible for postage and all return costs if return is made for any other reasons.
Returning a Defective ProductIf you need technical support for the product you purchased, please first email our Tech Support department at firstname.lastname@example.org. In your email, please include your order ID and a brief description of the issue and our technicians will assist you in resolving the issue. Typically, all support requests are responded to within 1-2 business days (M-F).
We offer an industry-leading 45 day warranty for most products sold on our website (see warranty policy for full details). If you feel you've received a defective product, please first contact our Tech Support department so we can create a support ticket for your case and attempt to troubleshoot and resolve your issue for you.
If the product is still deemed to be defective even after simple trouble shooting has failed to resolve the issue(s), you may send the product back to us within 45 days of purchase for repair or replacement. Depending on the severity of the issue, our in-house technicians will diagnose and repair the product; if our technicians are unable to repair the product, a brand new replacement will be shipped to you at no cost.

Obtaining an RMA for ReturnTo obtain a return merchandise authorization number (RMA #) for return, follow the directions below:

2.Provide your full name, order number, reason for return, and a good contact phone number to reach you at.
3. Allow 1-2 business days for a response from a customer service representative.
Please note that we reserve the right to refuse RMA's if our return policy is being abused. Terms and ConditionsALL RETURNED ITEMS MUST:
Be returned in new condition with no damage or modifications to either the outer packing or to the product itself
Be returned with a completed copy of Airsoft Megastore's RMA contract, which will be provided to you at the time of RMA issuance
Have no alterations made to the blaze orange tip mandated by Federal Law on ANY airsoft gun purchased from Airsoft Megastore, including but not limited to damage, removal, and/or alternate coloration (doing any of the above mentioned WILL result in the termination of any and all warranties, whether written, spoken, or implied). Furthermore, returned items with altered orange tips will be returned to the sender at their own cost, or will otherwise be discarded.
NOT be found to have been broken due to use of inferior grade BBs and/or improper size/weight BBs, including all sporting-goods store branded BBs (i ,e. Crosman, SoftAir USA, SoftAir, UltraSonic (licensed by SoftAir USA), AirStrike USA, Flying Colors, FirePower, CyberGun, CyberGun SA, Gamo, Beesman, etc) -- SEE OUR "GUIDE TO GOOD BBs" for information on how to easily avoid getting your warranty voided by BAD BBs.
If electric, NOT be found to have been broken due to misuse in the form of overcharging a rechargeable battery. This will void any warranty, either written or implied, (Airsoft Megastore STRONGLY recommends purchasing a smart charger to protect your airsoft battery from damage)
Order Cancellation/Package RefusalWe ship most orders within hours of receipt of the order. If your order has already been shipped, it may not be possible to cancel it. Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order if your order has not been charged and/or shipped. If your shipment is already in transit, we may not be able to cancel your order. Please contact us immediately upon receipt of order so that we may issue an RMA for your return. Upon the processing of your return, we will refund you for the full value of the products purchased and returned.
Any orders refused and therefore shipped back to AirsoftMegastore.com will receive a partial refund if the item is received in new and working condition; the partial refund would be the remainder of the payment after the subtraction of the actual shipping costs TO and FROM the buyer. In cases where your item received FREE shipping, we will only assess a valid shipping fee for the return postage (whatever UPS/USPS charges us). If the item returned has been damaged in transit, the refund amount will be at the sole discretion of AirsoftMegastore.com.

If you wish to return a brand new and sealed product that you've purchased, you may do so within 45 days of purchase for a store credit, less a 20% international order restocking fee. You must email us at email@example.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #) prior to shipping your return. At this time we will issue you a Return Shipping Label and Commercial invoice. A discounted flat rate return shipping label (RSL) is available for purchase at the discounted rate of $34.95. After purchasing the RSL, we will issue the RSL and return instructions via email and you may use the RSL to ship your package back to AMS. We reserve the right to refuse RMA requests if our return policy is being abused. Please note to carefully package the product when you are shipping it back to us to fully protect it in transit. Unfortunately, we cannot refund the original and return shipping charges. If free shipping was offered and chosen for your order, the actual shipping cost that was incurred to us by the shipping carrier will be deducted from your store credit. The product returned must be unopened and in its original factory packaging. Due to our fairness policy of offering identical US pricing for all Canadian customers (and subsequently not adding a â€œCanadian shipping surchargeâ€ to product pricing), all return shipping costs from the customer back to Airsoft Megastore are the responsibility of the customer.
